Orders to EU Addresses

From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs rules for many goods imported from outside the EU.

As a result, orders shipped from the UK to EU customers may be subject to additional import charges, including customs duties, import VAT and carrier handling or clearance fees. For many business-to-consumer (B2C) consignments with an intrinsic value of €150 or less, the EU has introduced a customs duty of €3 per customs declaration line (item).

As all EU orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier or customs authority before your parcel can be delivered.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order if you are unsure whether charges will apply.

What happens if I refuse to pay the charges?

If you choose not to pay the applicable import charges and your parcel is returned to us, the original postage costs will not be refunded.

Please note that any customs charges or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
